All of the basic meal plans are available in meat-free versions. When you select your meal plan, click "vegetarian option."



Custom Meal Plans

Custom Meal Plans


The Custom Meal Plan option allows you to tailor your food choices to your specific needs. You can change the recommended foods and quantities, and create favorite meals so you'll always be satisfied. When you select the Custom Meal Plan option it will replace the basic meal plan that you may have already selected. You can always change it later by going to your profile
