Her passion is sharing the benefits of healthy living with clients. Carrie's Los Angeles–based company, Diet Designs, has attracted a roster of celebrity clients that has included Salma Hayek, Neve Campbell, Matt Damon, and Dennis Quaid. Carrie holds a master's degree in food and nutrition.

Mark Sisson has spent the past 20 years researching and writing about fitness, health, and nutrition, and has applied that knowledge to designing the perfect blend of supplements to safely and naturally enhance the results of your P90X workouts. He has written more than 50 articles for top fitness magazines and authored numerous books. He placed fourth in the 1982 Hawaii Ironman Triathlon and fifth in the 1980 USA National Marathon Championships. Mark has a degree in biology.

Designer, filmmaker, and musician, Ned Farr's broad vision for the look and feel of the entire P90X system helped make this one of the most entertaining and complete fitness programs ever devised.
